About Dimeback

Dimeback is a sports ticketing and merchandise platform where every seat and every item carries a promotion tied to the game. If it hits, your money comes back. You buy at a fair, all-in price, you keep what you bought either way, and there is nothing to claim and no code to enter.

What a promotion is

A promotion is a single condition attached to one game: a team result like the Jazz winning tonight, or a player stat line like Markkanen scoring 30 or more. It is printed on what you buy, and it is decided by the final buzzer. It costs nothing on top, it is not something you opt into, and it changes exactly one thing: whether your money comes back.

Every seat and every item is attached to one game, goes on sale ahead of it and comes off the site at kickoff.

What comes back if it hits

The two answers are different, and the difference is worth knowing before you buy.

  • A seat. The ticket price is refunded to your card automatically. The service fee you paid on top is what we keep.
  • An item. Merchandise carries no fee on top, so the item price is refunded in full and you keep the gear. Shipping is what we keep.

If the promotion misses, nothing happens. You paid a fair price for a real seat or a real item, and it was yours the moment you bought it.

Where to buy

The app is at app.getdimeback.com. Seats are on the games list and merchandise is at app.getdimeback.com/merchandise. Everything you have bought lives at app.getdimeback.com/orders.

Who runs it

Dimeback is a company in the United States, building in public since 2026 and starting with the NBA. It is small, and the person who ships the merchandise is the person who answers the email.

Businesses can run the same promotion on anything they sell. That is a separate product and it has its own page: Dimeback for business.
